“Thank you, Desert Streams Yoga! The instructors stay true to yoga form and technique while gracefully applying the word of God with music to meditation. They’re full of knowledge and encouragement, never wavering from the proper technique. I grew so much under their teaching—in yoga, worship, prayer, and meditation with Jesus. I’m so excited to take what I’ve learned and now begin teaching others!” — Colleen C.

About Desert Streams Yoga

Our mission is to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ by strengthening their bodies, minds, and spirits through Christian yoga.

Our prayer is that Desert Streams will help you find a moment of stillness and create a rhythm of gratitude in your life so that you can come before the One who loves you faithfully and share His love with other yogis.

What is Christian yoga?

Christian yoga facilitates worship through yoga sequences and meditation on God’s word. Christian yoga reminds us that, regardless of life circumstances, only Christ can give us true inner peace, strength, and endurance.
